It seems to be running a virtualization of IE with it. Private messages and other services are unsafe as they cannot be monitored. Unless you are a Java developer or run Java apps, I would recommend disabling this on startup though msconfig. in this or Forums that is a choice under Leave a Coment.

February 25, 2008 bill woodruff Thank you for a clearly written, well-illustrated tip on disabling the jusched.exe process. Ok made better after i uninstalled the service and removed the registry entry for the boot startup. Therefore the technical security rating is 27% dangerous, however you should also read the user reviews. However, my way of making sure I have the latest version for this (and many other apps) is by using Secunia's (the famous security org) free Software Inspector.
MalkKnight despite unchecking it in the startup menu and disabling the the update in the Java panel justsched continues to start after every reboot.
