Rang him and he said the 2300w drum has a fuse and it 'cannot' be replaced, buy a new drum.Knowing there was a fuse I had a closer look and found There is never any real repeatability.Lately I've noticed that the printer LCD panel indicates a "paper mismatch" after the page is printed. The book doesn't tell you anything about toner replacement and I didn't realise that there is a rotating drum containing all four toners. at this point I am ready to throw this thing in the river!

Konica Minolta has just changed service companies and have moved from Getronics to Laserfast. When my company upgraded to this version of OS, we found out that KM does not have a driver for the OS and the BizHub. Not a job for the faint-hearted as it's hard to get to, and the switch is not exactly robust. How do you clean these machines.Not about to pay $200/toner cartridge.

I believe that the Di1610 only has 128kb of onboard memory. I've removed sides and front and can see nothing physicallyin the way, no excess toner either.
